Petsoria works with a selected network of manufacturing and fulfilment partners. Depending on the product, availability, and logistics, orders may be dispatched from different fulfilment locations.

This means that items from the same order may occasionally arrive separately.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Petsoria offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, and fulfilment location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for the most current delivery information.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

We also offer a 30-day return window for eligible items, subject to the conditions described in our Refund & Return Policy.
